Welcome to my 2nd Friday "Feel Great About Yourself" Tip. This is where I get to give you an inspiring tip, to help you feel great about who you are. I suggest you read the tip carefully, pay attention to any emotions or resistance that might come up and use your BSFF cue (if you have one) to release them. If you don't have a cue yet, go here to learn more about BSFF.

"Start a "Feel Great About Yourself" journal"


Exploring the Tip

Did this tip bring up any emotions or resistance? If so, you know what to do.

Last week's tip was about getting used to focusing on the things you can do daily to feel great about yourself. I hope you gave it a try and notice a change in your days.

This week it's time to start writing down these experiences. You can use any old notebook. All you need to do is date your entries and write down whatever you feel you've done that has just made your day. It could be anything. For example you noticed you were thinking unproductive thoughts and you were able to change them around, leaving you feeling much better.

Write it all down. Trust me, after doing this for at least a week, you'll notice a difference.
